These quail heads are from Southwest Gamebirds in Tonopah, AZ. They are perfect for smaller dogs as they are about half the size of a duck head, but suitable for any size dog as well! They include the feathers as added benefit for digestion as feathers are insoluble fiber and also contain manganese that is great for joint health.
Storage
Keep in a cool/dry place. Our dehydrated products are free of preservatives and pesticides, and although it is very uncommon, bugs and mold (from added moisture) are your two culprits for causing trouble.
For longer storage, the freezer can be a great way to keep our products fresh, and away from bugs and pest that might show interest
