22-50lbs: Initial dose 1 tsp daily, Maintenance dose 1/2 tsp daily
50-100lbs: Initial dose 1 1/2 tsp daily, Maintenance dose 1 tsp daily
Over 100lbs: Initial dose 2 tsp daily, Maintenance dose 1 1/2 tsp daily.
