Shipping and Insurance Policy
All items are shipped within 1-5 business days with exception to items that are pre-order items. Items are not able to be returned since they are all perishable. Toys also are non- refundable and are not guaranteed to be indestructible. If your pet destroys a toy or any other pet accessories we are not responsible to replace or refund you for the item. Please monitor your pets when you give any item to them as we are not responsible for them choking or eating items not meant to be ingested.
First Class Packages once shipped should arrive within 3-5 business days and does not include insurance through the carrier.
Priority Packages once shipped should arrive within 1-3 business days and includes up to $100 of insurance through the carrier.
UPS Ground Packages once shipped should arrive within 1-5 business days and includes up to $100 of insurance through the carrier.
Shipping speed depends on location and how far away you are from our shipping location in Arizona.
Once an item is shipped...
If an item is lost, damaged, or stolen while in transit it is important to reach out to us via email to try and help resolve the issue. If insurance is purchased at checkout we ask your file a claim and we will get all the information from you to resolve the claim. ***Claims must be filed within 15 days of receiving products to receive a refund or a credit for lost or damaged products.***
*** If quail eggs are damaged in transit we are only able to refund you or credit you for the price of the eggs. We are not able to reship them unless you are willing to pay the shipping fee***
If insurance is not purchased at checkout, we will ask that you file a claim through the shipping carrier that we shipped your products through to receive reimbursement. Once the item leaves our hands it is no longer our responsibility as we have no control over what happens while your package is in transit. This includes if the package is lost, stolen, or damaged while in transit.

We recommend going to your local post office and filing a report with them if your package shows delivered and may have been stolen. They are able to further investigate and provide better information about your package than we are if an investigation is filed locally.
